Potter Brothers Ski & Snowboard Shops in Vermont is hiring for the 2021-22 season. This is a great opportunity to work in the Ski Industry for a reputable shop and have a fun winter on the mountain. Our locations are perfectly located at the base of Killington Resort (Snowshed and K-1) and at the base of Bromley Mountain.
The following positions are available by location.
Killington Resort, Killington VT
Full-Time Demo Center Manager
This position would be on-snow at Potter Brothers NEW Demo Center located in front of the K-1 Lodge. This is a 5-6 day per week position that includes being the main contact and sales leader at the Demo Center. Prior Ski Sales and Ski Mechanic experience preferred. This is a Salary position that will pay based on experience.
Part-Time Tuner
This position is based in Snowshed Lodge and includes operation of our Montana Challenge Tuning Machine as well as other ski and snowboard tune and repair work. Hourly Rate: $16-18 per hour.
Part-Time Sales & Service
This position includes Sales and Service of Ski & Snowboard equipment, adjusting demo ski bindings and working directly with customers. Time may be split between Snowshed and K-1 location. Hourly Rate: $16-18 per hour.
Bromley Mountain, Peru VT
Assistant Manager / Key Holder
This management level position includes being one of the main contacts in the shop, a key holder to open and close at least 2 days per week and the role of Assistant Manager. This position also includes being a leader in sales of Outerwear and Ski Accessories while working the main cash register. Salary: up to $1,000 per week
Part-Time Boot-fitter and Ski Mechanic
This position includes Sales of Ski Equipment plus Boot-Fitting and adjusting ski bindings on Demo Skis. Flexible schedule, but prefer 2 midweek days and 1 weekend day. Hourly Rate: Up to $25.00 per hour.
