Returns/Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on all items within a 21-day period assuming the product has not been used and is in its original condition with any tags still applied. Full refunds may be given on new (current season) products and store credit will be given on any sale or prior season items. Before returning an item purchased from PotterBrothers.Com, please call (845) 338-5119 to arrange for an RA# before sending the item back.
