Going back to Girdwood Alaska this season was an EASY call. Incredible terrain both at the resort and in the backcountry, over 700 inches of snowfall, no elevation issues, easy drive from the airport, cool town and all very affordable. If you like to take trips out west to ski and ride, put Girdwood Alaska on your radar. It’s surprisingly more attainable than you would think.
