GIFT CARD Information

For the 2025-2026 season, Potter Brothers has introduced new gift cards for our valued customers!  Potter Brothers PHYSICAL or DIGITAL Gift Cards purchased online or in-store this 2025-2026 season can be immediately used online or in any of our stores.  They have an alphanumeric 16 digit code (mixture of letters and numbers) associated with them.  If they are physical gift cards, the card will be black with our brown logo:

If you have a Potter Brothers PHYSICAL Gift Card purchased prior to the 2025-2026 season, it most likely looks like the card image below, but could also be a paper certificate or another card style:

 

Our older gift cards are still valid, but they are not automatically set up to use on our online store.  You may call our Fishkill Store at (845) 297-2941 or email store@potterbrothers.com for more information regarding balance inquiries, redemption, or enabling usage online.
