Snowmaking has been the buzz word of the week as cold weather and dry air provided the most perfect conditions for local ski areas to pump out an unprecedented amount of snow in a very short period of time. Some mountains are reporting that open terrain has DOUBLEDin just a couple of days. We should all be super thankful for the snowmaking men and women who work in the snowsports industry.
