First and foremost we hope that everyone is staying safe and healthy during this sensitive health crisis. We miss seeing you all and sharing our stories from the past winter season. Until we see you again, here is a quick update regarding Seasonal Rental Returns at PB.
All of our shops remain closed at this time. It is uncertain when we will re-open but we will follow the guidelines set forth by local government and adjust to the situation as it continues to develop.
In the meantime, Seasonal Rental Returns have been postponed until further notice. We’re asking everyone to please hold on to their gear for the time being and we will make another announcement as soon as we have determined a safe time to accept your rentals. There are no late fees and there is no rush to get them back to us. You can store them in your garage, basement, in a closet, your car or wherever is convenient for you.
We truly thank you for your patience and understanding and we look forward to seeing you again soon.
